For a long time I have wanted to get a new logo developed for Real Muscle Online. I wanted a trademark that would help us stand out in this overcrowded fitness market. So I asked a local design company to come up with something and the result is what you see above.

I love the arm because it is red and to me that means power, strength, fitness and all the things that RMO represents.

I hope all of our current readers like the logo. I’m sure you will be seeing a lot more of it in the future. Feel free to leave your comments about it - I’d love to hear what you have to say.

I just wanted to write a quick post to make you all aware of some changes at Real Muscle Online. This is especially for those who read RMO through a feed reader as you might not have visited the site recently to see the updates.

1. Email subscriptions

We are now providing email subscriptions for all of you who don’t use feed readers. Feed readers like Bloglines are great because they allow you to see all of your favorite sites’ updates on one page. However, we realize a lot of you less tech-saavy people might want something a little simpler. So, you can now get all of our updates in your inbox as soon as they happen.

If you would like to get our updates in your inbox simply go to our subscribe page and fill out the email box at the bottom. Easy as that!

Subscribing to Real Muscle Online is a GREAT way to support the site. It doesn’t earn us any money but the more subscribers we have the better our search engine rankings will be. So, if you have been helped by one of our articles please subscribe as a token of your appreciation.

2. Real Muscle Experts Shop

We have also released our new experts shop. This shop is in its baby stages but we hope it will start growing and growing. We are reviewing products and always putting up new special things for you to buy. There are some especially good deals on protein powders and supplements in there.

If you would like to do a review of a product you liked (or hated!) then we would love to post it on the site for you. This helps get your own views expressed as well as build up our database. We would happily give you a link back to your own site if you have one.
